Health for a lifetime >>>> So that the liver does not hurt
So that the liver does not hurt.
We usually begin treatment when the pain "grabs". But what if you worry about your health in advance, so as not to grab your sore side, not sit in long queues to see the doctor, not go on an exhausting therapeutic diet and not grieve about the untimely lost health.
You need to start thinking about your health before it deteriorates. This happens with such an important organ as the liver. The liver is unpretentious. We mercilessly exploit it, feeding on food waste, consuming drugs unnecessarily and if necessary, having fun with alcohol and nicotine, working in harmful environments, little being in clean air.
The liver rarely makes itself felt, unless its functions are seriously impaired. Many liver diseases are asymptomatic.
Most often, the signs of liver problems are reflected in the skin and mucous membranes. Increased oily skin, frequent acne rashes on the face, in the back, furunculosis, folliculitis signal liver problems. Hair loss, rapid skin aging and the appearance of early wrinkles, skin pigmentation can be a symptom of liver dysfunction. Indigestion, nausea, weight gain are alarming signals of the liver. A decrease in the adaptive capabilities of the body (piling fatigue, headaches, exacerbation of chronic diseases) is a signal of distress in the liver.
To prevent the liver from hurting, it is necessary to prevent and exclude harmful effects on this organ:
- Do not get carried away with fatty, fried, spiced foods;
- Quit smoking in favor of liver "longevity";
- Observe the rules of personal protection in hazardous industries;
- Travel more often outside the gas-polluted atmosphere, and, if possible, move to a more environmentally friendly area;
- Do not abuse biologically active additives - they do not have a therapeutic effect, but they will hit the liver significantly;
- Learn to have fun without the participation of alcoholic beverages;
- Protect against infections of various origins (viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic);
- Do not overload the abdominal organs with excessive physical exertion.
It is worth remembering that a smoothly working organ means working capacity preserved for many years and always in a good mood. Do not poison the life of the liver, and it will not poison it for you.
