What is physical endurance of the body?
Choosing a way to improve the body's health is always associated with physical activity. But sometimes, for training with physical activity, one or two areas of exercise are selected, related to endurance training of a muscle group and organ system. For example, most often physical efforts to improve the health of the body are directed to training the muscles of the limbs and the cardiovascular system. But improving the health of the body requires a comprehensive focus on physical activity, and thus achieving a fairly high level of physical endurance of the body as a whole.
No matter what age a person begins to train the body’s physical endurance, he must understand that the efforts to load the muscles and organ systems must be distributed evenly. This is necessary so that one organ system is not overloaded, and the muscles of various areas of the musculoskeletal system do not work skewed (either towards excessive wear or towards atrophy). Often, uneven physical workload of various organ systems becomes the cause of the development of chronic painful processes in the body.
Training the physical endurance of the body includes a set of exercises (training areas) that develop and strengthen the body in different directions. For example, a set of standard health exercises associated with fast walking, running, strength stretching of the muscles of the limbs and the muscles of the spinal column corset is directly related to training the respiratory system, and not just the cardiovascular system. That is, it is necessary to control breathing during physical activity (breathe correctly!). Exercises should include a load on the development of strength, flexibility, agility (coordination of movements), and also swimming, dance gymnastics, skiing, and cross-country walking should be included in the general complex of health-improving exercises.
Sports games are a necessary condition for maintaining the physical endurance of the body. Such games are necessary not only for training dexterity and coordination of movement, the speed of the body’s reaction to various situations. But they are also a means to prevent domestic injuries and professional injuries in the workplace.
If it is not possible to perform the entire complex of multidirectional exercises in one day, then it is necessary to alternate days with different types of physical activity on different muscle groups, and include loads on different organ systems on different days.
You should know that health exercises that contribute to the growth of physical endurance are directly related to physical activity appropriate to a person’s age. The sooner a person starts training for general physical endurance of the body , the longer he will remain in the category of physical activity of the age he wants to meet.
