Water - it makes the fiber swell and irritates the receptors on the intestinal wall, causing it to react with peristalsis. In addition, water flushes out of the intestines lingering and not utilized components, preventing clogging and decay processes.
Lactic acid foods - they are a favorable habitat for bacteria - saprophytes, involved in digestion processes and supporting our immunity. Especially loved by the intestines are kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk, whey, cottage cheese, and cheeses.
