Motivation.
We move through life pursuing goals - small and large, real or imaginary. Motivation prompts us to this movement - an internal stimulus, an attitude (mental) aimed at action, movement. As a child, we are encouraged to take action by our parents by drawing in our minds objects that we would like to have. With age, we begin to self-motivate ourselves, setting ourselves the values that we would like to receive at our disposal.
When failures overtake us, we lose heart, and it seems that nothing can be changed - it is motivation that sets us a new algorithm for life, pulls us out of the abyss of inaction. The sustainability of the goal depends on our ability to motivate ourselves over and over again, not paying attention to mistakes.
Motivation determines our actions. A person cannot achieve anything without motivating his actions. Where does motivation come from? It arises in our knowledge about the lives of other people who have achieved their goals in a certain way: in the stories of parents and acquaintances, in the films we have watched, in the books we have read.
Motivation is always supported by willpower, since a person by nature is a lazy creature and loves an effortless life. Motivation can have a positive connotation, and it can also be a negative incentive in the case when a person performs some actions not due to imaginary values, but in spite of, for example, punishment (knowing that inaction will entail negative consequences).
Motivation breeds self-confidence, and confidence fosters motivation. In fact, motivation is meant to bring variety and joy to life, but in the case of negative motivation, it is simply a driving force for weak-willed people.
