Pumping up the pectoral muscle can solve problems with the female breast only until the lobules diverge. Regular exercises to pump up the pectoral muscle can increase its volume by three centimeters, which in turn will make it possible to visually increase the breast by one size. But when the breast gland shifts lower, the meaning of pumping the pectoral muscle is lost, since the pectoral muscle itself does not perform supporting functions for the breast.

Thus, it is possible to enlarge the breasts with the help of exercises at the stage when the woman has not given birth to a child, but after the birth and the end of the feeding process, this possibility does not exist.

Many women, preoccupied with future changes in the shape of the breast and its location after childbirth, begin to adhere to the theory that if you do not breastfeed your baby, you can maintain the shape of the breast. This theory is erroneous, since regardless of whether a woman breastfeeds, whether she produces milk, the process of divergence of the lobules in preparing the body for childbirth does not stop: the ducts straighten, the lobules diverge, the mammary gland descends under the weight of its increased size.

Women with a flat breast shape (fewer lobules) after childbirth are in a more advantageous position, since a small number of lobules that have separated does not increase the size of the mammary gland by much, therefore it does not create heaviness under which the skin stretches and the mammary gland shifts lower. That is, for women with small breasts, after childbirth, a dream comes true - the breast increases by several sizes and does not drop too low.

Turning to the practical side of the issue of increasing the pectoral muscle (read - chest), it should be noted that the best exercises for increasing the volume of the pectoral muscle are considered: bench press in a prone position, pull-up on a horizontal bar (an alternative to an exercise machine with an upper traction), push-ups from the floor or bench , push-ups on the uneven bars, raising arms with weights (dumbbells) to the sides and up from a prone position.
