Health for a lifetime >>>> Signs of decreased immunity
Signs of decreased immunity.
The off-season comes, and many are concerned about the state of their health, or rather the state of the immune system, because they have to survive a viral attack. The peak of viral infections occurs during the autumn - spring period, for the reason that most viruses like moderate temperatures and do not tolerate heat and frost. And what can a person oppose to viruses in the offseason as not an excellent work of the immune system. But not everyone is ready for virus attacks.
Often we ourselves cripple the work of our immunity, forcing it to be distracted by various current problems in the body. Exhausted in summer and winter, our immune system can no longer cope with the elementary stress - a viral attack, and we start to get sick.
The immune system signals to us all the time that it needs support. It signals a number of symptoms, which a person diligently does not pay attention to until a failure occurs in the immune system.
Signs of a weakened immune system:
- Chronic fatigue;
- Constant weakness;
- Drowsiness;
- Minor ailments;
- Frequent respiratory infections;
- Chronic infectious diseases of viral etiology;
- Signs of dysbiosis;
- Chills of unknown origin;
- Excessive sweating;
- Signs of a violation of the microflora of the body (violations of the microflora of the oral cavity - fungal, bacterial, viral infections; skin fungal diseases);
- Unexpected allergic reactions of unknown origin;
- Unmotivated swollen lymph nodes;
- Frequent nervous breakdowns.
Any of these symptoms, even considered in isolation, can indicate a problem with the immune system. This means that the body is weakened and cannot withstand the stress of the environment.
If you notice any of the listed symptoms, it's time to consult a doctor - immunologist and insure yourself with the recommended therapeutic treatment.
