Lose fat with exercise.
Those who want to reduce their weight by losing fat through exercise should understand that, when burning fat, several factors must be taken into account:
- The ideal body fat percentage is different for men and women (the difference is 7-10%). Under generally equal conditions of exercise, women have a greater store of fat. This is due to various hormonal metabolism, with ovulation in women.
- Different age categories suggest different stores of adipose tissue.
- It is impossible to "degrease" the body, fat is health, and a certain percentage of it must be present even in the body of a person of athletic build.
- Different distribution of adipose tissue in the body (subcutaneously, around organs, intramuscularly) suggests its different decrease. With the unchanged subcutaneous fat, the supply of intramuscular and visceral (near organs) fat increases with age. A healthy and trained body should have sufficient subcutaneous fatty tissue (supporting skin turgor) and visceral fat (so that organs do not move, in particular, do not descend).
- Physical activity on muscle tissue should pursue its goal of getting rid of intramuscular fat during weight loss, and then the body will have a muscle framework that protects internal organs and bones from injury.
- Fat is distributed differently on different muscle groups, as a result of which exercises for different muscle groups are divided into static (tension) and dynamic (stretching).
- Weight loss nutrition should maintain at least a minimum percentage of fat. This means that you cannot exclude foods rich in fats from the diet.
