The urge to urinate - it is dangerous to restrain.
Often there are situations when there is no time to be distracted by going to the toilet, or the toilet is out of reach, and we have to restrain the urge to urinate. Sometimes this is a necessary measure, but sometimes we do it deliberately.
Regular forced retention of urination always affects the health of the body as a whole, because the process of urination is nothing more than a way of removing toxic substances and substances that have accumulated in dangerous abundance in the body.
First of all, the bladder sphincter is affected - the muscle that allows us to endure the urge to urinate until the right moment. Gradually, the sphincter weakens and begins to pass urine (involuntary urination). This means that at the most inopportune moment you may find yourself in an uncomfortable position - wet yourself. A malfunctioning bladder sphincter is a constant leak of urine at the slightest filling of the bladder.
Further, the kidneys and bladder suffer, where microscopic stones are deposited, which gradually grow in size. Accumulated stone formation during heavy drinking and physical exertion on the pelvic region tend to "embark on a journey": cause cystitis, get stuck in the ducts and block the kidney or ureter.
With prolonged control of urination and an overflowing bladder, urine can be ejected up the ureter towards the kidneys, and this becomes the cause of toxic damage to the kidneys.
The urge to urinate is dangerous to the health of not only the urinary system itself, but also to the survival of the whole organism as a whole, since the failure of the kidneys is a delayed lethal outcome.
