Beetroot juice.
For beet juice, you need one beet (2.2 – 3.3 pounds in weight), one large lemon, two tablespoons of sugar (you can skip sugar), 34 – 51 ounces of water (depending on the amount of beets). Grate one large raw beetroot and squeeze the juice out of it. Add lemon juice to beet juice (squeeze all lemon completely). Boil the squeezed beets in the appropriate amount of water - bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes, then strain the broth. Pour the cooked raw beetroot and lemon juice into it, cool. Drink warm or cold as a beverage. Add sugar depending on how much the habit of drinking sour - sweet fruit drinks or very sweet fruit drinks allows.
