How to get rid of the accumulation of gases in the intestines - carminative plants.

To create the prerequisites for preventing pain syndrome with flatulence, there are a number of fairly simple home recipes for preparing herbal infusions. What medicinal plants will help get rid of the accumulation of gas in the intestines?
There are a number of plants of the family "umbrella", the fruits of which have long been used not only at home, but also prepare tinctures from them within the framework of pharmaceutical production. These plants are called carminative - they are available and easy to use: dill (seeds), fennel (seeds), cumin (seeds), coriander (seeds), star anise - aka angelica (seeds), anise (seeds).
The seeds of any of these plants, brewed and infused in water, create the effect of a carminative - they increase peristalsis and thereby quickly remove gases, preventing them from accumulating in large volumes in the intestinal lumens.
One tablespoon of seeds of any of the carminative plants is brewed in a glass of boiling water and insisted for two hours. The infusion is filtered, after which it is ready for use. Drink the infusion after meals for half a glass. The number of infusion receptions corresponds to the meals.
Since carminative plants of the umbrella family are at the same time plants - spices, they have peculiar tastes, which is what distinguishes the infusions of each of the plants. You can create assorted seeds of carminative plants and prepare infusions from them in the same way. An analogue of such infusions is dill water, which is sold in a pharmacy ready for ingestion.
