Expensive cosmetology at home
Usually, people go to a beauty salon for expensive cosmetic procedures, but some of them can be done at home without any problems. Several expensive procedures in cosmetology allow you to carry them out at home on your own without the help of a professional cosmetologist.
Thalassotherapy or seaweed wrap is easy to do at home if you buy dried Laminaria leaves in the store. Laminaria is soaked immediately before the procedure, for this, a package of dried Laminaria is soaked in 1.8 pint of warm water for ten minutes. For a mask on the face and neck, apply swollen leaves of Laminaria and soak for half an hour. To wrap swollen Laminaria, apply to the problem area of the body, cover with plastic wrap and hold for 15-20 minutes. Algae wrap and algae masks are recommended no more than twice a week. The algae wrap procedure eliminates peeling and excessive dryness of the skin, steams and tightens the skin no worse than bath procedures. Since Laminaria contains a high concentration of iodine, this procedure disinfects the skin in a gentle way, which is especially useful for pustular skin infections or acne of microbial etiology.
Masks and wraps based on fruit acids at home are not difficult to carry out. To do this, it is necessary to prepare fresh apple and plum pulp (or orange and pear pulp) in equal proportions, which are ground in a blender or manually to a puree consistency and applied to problem areas of the skin for half an hour. For wrapping, fruit gruel is covered with plastic wrap and the procedure is kept for 15-20 minutes. These procedures based on fruit acids at home create a peeling effect and skin nutrition at the same time. Masks and wraps based on fruit acids are useful for oily, puffy or tired skin. After fruit acid masks, it is not recommended to immediately go out into the sunlight. It is better to carry out these procedures before going to bed. The procedure is carried out once a week.
Masks and wraps with chocolate at home are not only easier, but also more pleasant. Chocolate masks and wraps create a skin lifting effect due to tannins, which dark chocolate contains in large quantities. It is dark chocolate or chocolate powder with a content of cocoa beans of at least 70% that is suitable for lifting the skin with chocolate. 1.8 ounces of chocolate or chocolate chips are used for one procedure, which are melted for a couple along with olive oil (one teaspoon). The resulting creamy mass is allowed to cool to a moderate temperature (so as not to provoke a burn) and applied to problem areas, kept for at least half an hour. Chocolate-based masks are suitable for the face, neck, décolleté and any areas of the body that require tightening. Chocolate masks are not suitable for the skin of the eyelids and lips, since chocolate has a heavy texture.
All of the listed cosmetic procedures at home will cost much less than similar procedures performed in a beauty parlor.
