How not to get bored with the interlocutor.
Communication between people is an integral part of life. No matter how busy we are, we will always find a few minutes to have a word with a friend. What are the benefits of talking? It is a way of transmitting and receiving information.
There are generally accepted rules for conducting a conversation that allow you to build a conversation in such a way as not to bore the interlocutor, not overwork him and not be left without communication at the next meeting.
In order to keep the attention of the interlocutor during a conversation, it is necessary to avoid some of the excesses that each of us sins.
First, do not start talking about yourself, try to present information about events from your own life, your achievements in a dosed, unobtrusive manner. Nobody likes to hear about anyone other than themselves or about third parties (who are not with you).
Second, start the conversation with a polite phrase about the other person's business. If he is willing to tell the details about his affairs, he will share information with you, and if not, he will politely say that everything is in order.
Thirdly, not knowing the interests of the interlocutor, do not impose on him information about your interests, he may be indifferent. First, ask what the interlocutor is doing at the present time.
Fourth, don't have boring, monotonous conversations. Try to color your speech emotionally, change the timbre of your voice, tell artistically. It grabs attention and makes you want to keep in touch with you over and over again.
Fifth, don't be predictable. Learn to answer questions in a playful way, gradually becoming serious and literal.
Sixth, learn to ask questions in such a way as to make the interlocutor talk, and not silence him once and for all. Be tactful.
Having learned how to conduct a conversation following these rules, you will always remain a welcome interlocutor and the soul of the company.
