Diet for chicken protein allergy.
Diet food for allergies to chicken protein can go in two ways:
The first option is a strict diet for allergy to chicken protein, excluding bird eggs in any of their versions, that is, in the form of egg powder, egg albumin, pasta using eggs, baked goods and sweets with a recipe that includes eggs or egg powder. creams, cocktails, nougat, ice cream, liqueurs, egg-based meringues, egg-based desserts based on raw eggs (tiramisu, eggnog, soufflé, custard), soft-boiled eggs (in a bag), poached eggs, fried eggs, omelet. Many ready-to-eat foods contain thickeners, emulsifiers, lecithin, or egg-based albumin. This must be taken into account when purchasing ready-made factory products.
What to eat if you are allergic to chicken protein? When treating allergy to chicken protein, cooking requires making dishes without the participation of eggs: cutlets, meatballs and other ground meat, fish or vegetable dishes are made without eggs as a fastening element (they are replaced with boiled starch jelly - corn or oatmeal, rice or flaxseed).
Dishes are prepared without breading or egg batter, baked products (including casseroles, pastries) are not coated with an egg for a fried crust (this is done with softened butter).
Eggs are not added to pancakes, pancakes, cheese cakes, casseroles as a fastening element, they are replaced with starchy broths (corn, rice, flax, oat).
Bread and bakery products are chosen without eggs in their composition, for example, rye bread or rye rolls, grain crisps.
To avoid cross-allergic reactions, try not to include poultry (poultry and wild) in the diet for allergies to chicken protein. The emphasis is on fish and seafood, veal, beef, pork, lamb.
Pates with unknown recipes, where eggs or poultry may be added, are excluded from the diet, they are replaced with homemade pates of beef or veal liver.
If you are allergic to chicken protein, do not eat purchased sauces, mayonnaises, since, according to technology, eggs or egg derivatives are usually added to them. Sauces and mayonnaises are prepared independently, taking into account an allergic reaction to eggs.
Purchased sweets are excluded from consumption, instead of them they bake independently cakes, cookies, pastries without participating in the dough or creams (glazes, meringues, sweets, marzipans) eggs. The same rule applies to candy (even harmless candy can be made with eggs). For this reason, they switch to products with a natural sweet taste (molasses, honey, licorice, jelly, dried fruits, preserves, jams, marshmallows, sorbet, sugar icing and homemade candies).
The second option is not a strict diet for chicken protein allergies. Such a diet is followed when the body does not respond to chicken protein (bird protein) or chicken meat (poultry) with severe allergies (angioedema or anaphylactic shock).
Provided that the allergy to chicken protein occurs in a relatively mild form (diathesis, urticarial), it is recommended to introduce chicken eggs (poultry eggs) or poultry meat in very small dosages and not raw. For example, small doses of egg yolk are introduced into the diet (a quarter or a half times a week, depending on the person's age). They observe the reactions of the body, and when the allergy to egg yolk stops developing, they switch to small doses of egg whites (boiled) - according to the same scheme.
For babies and young children, make their own egg powder. To do this, remove the film from boiled eggs, dry it and grind it on a coffee grinder to a powdery state. This powder on the tip of a knife is added to food, for example, cereals, mashed potatoes, vegetable mixtures or salads, and soups. Not more than once a week. Gradually, the body, receiving an allergen in micro doses, will learn not to react violently to it. Allergic reactions will "come to naught", which at an older age will create conditions for adequate nutrition with poultry eggs and poultry meat, and most importantly will make it possible to vaccinate with drugs based on chicken embryos. This is a fairly long way to get out of an allergy to egg white, but its value lies in the fact that in the future you will not have to adhere to strict diets and exclude eggs and their derivatives from the diet.
