Rest is a cure for disease.
Life without rest is wear and tear health. The body needs periods to take a breath, gather new strength and again plunge into work and problems.
Even a short rest acts as a medicine, it allows:
- relax the nervous system, leaving stress behind,
- revise food and diversify it,
- arrange for yourself preventive measures to restore long-neglected ailments,
- make up for lack of sleep, increasing the time of continuation of sleep,
- restore your mental state by calmly contemplating the life around you, and not participating in races on it,
- devote your free time to hobbies that develop brain activity,
- start a new life, but already in the gym, and not on the couch with a gadget in hand.
All these positive moments during the rest period will certainly bring the body into a non-healthy state and prevent many more diseases that can develop in the absence of rest.
For the health of the body, much is not needed - the sun's rays, fresh air, healthy food and positive emotions. Present all this to your body during your rest, and you will forget about its diseases.
