Favorite food that is harmful to health
Selective eating can easily turn into a bad eating habit if you don’t take into account the degree of harmfulness of some of your favorite foods. Very often, being carried away by the consumption of certain food products that suit your personal lifestyle and improve your mood from eating, you can unobtrusively get a set of diseases, the development of which is closely related to the chemical composition of food. What does your favorite food that is harmful to your health look like?
Unlike healthy unsaturated fatty acids, which are part of healthy fats and, in turn, not very favorite foods, saturated fats are part of foods that are very attractive to eat:
- dairy products (high fat content),
- cheeses (soft and hard),
- baked goods (pies, buns, etc.),
- cakes and pastries,
- cookies and sweets,
- meat.
A person owes these foods to the development of such health disorders as atherosclerosis, obesity of internal organs, increased oily skin, impaired cardiovascular activity, and stroke.
A diet based on refined sugars (beets, cane) will certainly lead to the development of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity. Preserves and jams, sweets and baked goods in excess disrupt many biochemical processes in the body that affect healthy metabolism.
Caffeine and products containing it (for example, coffee cakes, creams, drinks) are often the culprits of skin swelling, digestive disorders, calcium deficiency (caffeine promotes leaching of calcium from tissues), and a weakened nervous system.
The love for canned vegetables, dried fish and seafood, and smoked meats directly leads to impaired renal activity, and as a result, to subcutaneous edema and excessive dryness of the skin.
Alcohol-containing products, for example, candies with liqueur, tonics and low-alcohol cocktails, in excess cause dehydration of the body and spoil the functional functioning of the liver and kidneys.
And finally, the most beloved foods are processed foods that contain chemical additives with a digital combination of the E index. These are foods that do not benefit the body as nutrients. Such foods contain an abundance of preservatives, synthetic acids, fats, salt or refined sugar, synthetic sweeteners and flavor simulants. No one, even the most ideal health, can withstand the onslaught of technologically created food products, no matter how pleasant they taste.
