Homemade nutrition - the benefits of home cooking.
Modern technologies in the food industry, as well as the ingenuity of retail chains selling ready-made meals, have found their fans among those who like to eat in a hurry. But nutrition is almost ninety percent of the basis for maintaining all body functions in stability and smooth operation. And to neglect the only opportunity that a person has (we are not yet able to change genetics) in order to regulate and maintain health is a great wastefulness!
Homemade nutrition is the key to health and longevity, which many strive for, so it makes no sense to deny yourself the opportunity to spend time cooking at home.
It is no secret that many food poisoning occurs precisely as a result of an oversight with the purchase of ready-made meals - not fresh or prepared in violation of sanitary standards (food ingredients on sale are less dangerous from the point of view of food intoxication). And even if we are not talking about dangerous food intoxication, but about elementary painful phenomena after purchased food - gastritis, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation - this is one of the incentives to force yourself to cook at home.
The second advantage of home cooking is that the composition of the dish is always known (without preservatives, synthetic colors, cloudy E 123 or E 321), with a known storage time and storage conditions, with a known degree of heat treatment.
The third factor encouraging home-cooked meals is a variety of diets and the ability to tailor them to specific needs (sports, weight loss, healthy weight gain, health food, vegetarianism, baby food).
Which dishes are better and safer to cook at home:
- meat dishes (boiled pork, meat pates, cutlets, jellied meat, grilled meat, fried meat, smoked meat, sausages, meat in dough);
- Fish and seafood;
- dishes containing eggs;
- dairy products (cottage cheese, cheeses, yoghurts, ice cream);
- pastries, cakes and other desserts containing creams;
- deep-fried dishes (potatoes, cookies, pies, donuts, flat cakes, pasties and the like);
- salads;
- baked vegetables;
- soups and borscht;
- sauces.
Another important motivation for starting home culinary activities: home cooking greatly reduces the cost of food, which will allow you to eat high-quality and luxuriously and at the same time save money.
Home cooking is always creativity, where there is an opportunity to show your talents and acquire a useful hobby, which can eventually transform into your own business.
