Nutrition rules >>>> To lose weight, you need to eat
To lose weight, you need to eat.
The cherished dream of losing extra pounds of weight forces many people to refuse good nutrition, but, as a rule, it does not give the desired results. Why? Because for any living organism, nutrition is a way to obtain the necessary substances from the environment for its existence. And all the systems of the body will rebuild their work in such a way as to replenish the missing substances in a certain mode (even if economical) to continue life.
With an insufficient supply of the necessary structural components, the body begins to use the possibilities available in its reserve for the synthesis of such substances from those reserves (depots) that it constantly creates outside the desire of a person. As soon as the starvation process begins, this is a signal to switch to a new economical mode of spending stocks, and stocks must always be replenished. And the next meal after a short hunger strike will be an opportunity to replenish the reserves of nutrients for the difficult times ahead.
Simply put, after each hunger break, the body will begin to take and deposit useful components from the food intake in larger quantities than it could do with an even supply of nutrients. And the body deposits fats, which are an almost universal source for obtaining all kinds of useful combinations of substances in the course of biochemical synthesis.
It is for this reason that you should not take long hungry breaks in food, but on the contrary, it is necessary to establish meals in small portions, but often enough so as not to force the body to leave the calories eaten as strategic reserves.
The regimen and calorie content of reusable meals depends on the lifestyle of each individual person. The most frequent meals with a high calorie content should occur during a period of time when a person is in the midst of labor activity (physical or intellectual). It is at this time that the body will vigorously consume the previously eaten nutrients. But during the rest period, preparation for bedtime, food should be less high in calories. And go to bed on an empty stomach is also not worth it, because during sleep, metabolic processes continue, but only at a slower pace, and the body will draw energy to maintain nighttime metabolic processes from what was eaten the day before or from what it stored. In the event that reserves are being spent, then the body will restore them at the first convenient opportunity, so, you will not be able to lose weight.
