These are prerequisites for a unloading day.

On unloading days, sports training is not satisfied (since they increase metabolism, waste energy and require adequate nutrition). It is important to remember that unloading days are intended for resting the body, and not for torturing it. Intellectual activity will also have to be postponed, because for the enhanced work of the brain, carbohydrates are needed, and you will deny the body this all day, so it is better to postpone important intellectual work so as not to make mistakes and not provoke the desire to eat something sweet.

The day following the unloading day is very important. This is a transitional day, when you should not lean on high-calorie meals. Better to focus on protein foods (legumes, eggs, cooked meat). Side dishes should not be plentiful. It is healthier to eat a solid piece of meat without a side dish than a high-calorie side dish, but a small cutlet. The day after the unloading day is the day of meat and fruits, vegetables. Boil yourself more cauliflower or broccoli or Brussels sprouts as a side dish, or mash your legumes to fool your body and distract it from hunger and excess fat.
