Muscle pain after exercise – krepatura (DOMS).
Muscle dyspnea is so common that everyone has experienced it more than once in life and faced the problem of the inability to continue physical exertion on the muscles due to significant pain effects. Disease or pain syndrome, which develops due to excessive loading of muscle tissue, is associated with impaired biochemical reactions of glucose oxidation and injury (overstraining) of muscle fibers.
Muscle dyspnoea is not always the result of muscle overstrain, it often accompanies some diseases that occur with impaired capillary blood supply.
Krepatura or DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) does not develop immediately, but is delayed and passes after a certain amount of time (when the oxidation processes are restored).
Muscle dyspnea often becomes an obstacle to continuing physical activity on the muscles (making it difficult to exercise). It is for this reason that it is necessary to train, alternating rest with stress. It is not recommended, overcoming pain, to continue to load muscle tissue - it is necessary to give it time to recover, since a pain symptom can worsen the general condition of the body.
How to get rid of prolonged soreness? The pain syndrome will decrease as the intensity of blood flow into congested tissues increases, and water procedures (hot or warm baths, baths), massage and creams (ointments) with a warming effect will help to stimulate it. Treatments for dyspnea can be done at home.
To prevent soreness from interfering with training, it is recommended to warm up the muscles before a difficult physical activity - to do stretches and train regularly (without long gaps).
