Neural networks come up with drugs.
Great hopes are pinned on neural networks, or in a simple way - artificial intelligence, because it is the most real assistant of humanity in almost all areas of life.
And if until now, looking at the work of a computer, a person could assume that the latter would replace him in the most difficult types of work, then modern neurocomputer technologies give the right to count on artificial intelligence as an opportunity to make scientific discoveries without the participation of the genius of the human mind.
So the pharmaceutical industry has successfully started to use the "abilities" of the neural network in the field of inventing and developing new types of drugs.
A very difficult task from the point of view of chemical "restructuring" of the molecule of the desired substance in order to endow it with new useful properties is easily given to neural networks, which in a relatively short period of time are able to calculate the presumptive results of the effect of newly invented substances on the organism of living beings, which significantly reduces the time to develop new essential drugs.
And if we assume that neural networks will be able to produce safe medicinal products in the future without laboratory and clinical trials, then the timing of new drugs entering production will become much shorter and will give people with incurable diseases waiting for pharmaceutical discoveries a chance for a speedy recovery.
The high speed of neural networks in the field of inventing new combinations of molecules prompted scientists to use the capabilities of artificial intelligence in the fields of medicine, where the preservation of life is often directly dependent on the speed and timeliness of discoveries.
