The right sweets.
There should always be a place for pleasure in life. Even if life is a series of diets (wellness, "weight loss" and any other direction). But how to please yourself if, as a rule, all diets are designed to give up sweets. It turns out that not everything is so hopeless in the world of sweets, and there are still options for sweets that can please you, even if your diet implies a categorical rejection of them. The main thing is to find the right time to consume sweets (not at night or at night), but to use them as a snack in the morning or use sweets for breakfast.
What sweets can be eaten almost painlessly for the body (except for people suffering from diabetes mellitus, where sweets are prepared with the use of special sweeteners):
- paste;
- fruit jelly;
- thick fruit or milk jelly;
- fruits sautéed in sugar syrup;
- marshmallow;
- marmalade;
- candied fruit;
- dried fruits;
- bitter chocolate (high quality).
Almost all the right sweets can be prepared at home, which will make it possible to accurately dose sugar and avoid eating harmful fats.
Separately, you need to add cookies (homemade) to the list of sweets. It will be no less attractive as a "sweet pastry" if you add salt or cheese to its composition instead of sugar. Lightly salted cookies distract from eating sweet cookies and are just as enjoyable as their sweet cousins. Salted biscuits can be combined with the above sweets to add a savory flavor to the whole combination.
