Tired, lethargic, not getting enough sleep, the body squeezes out everything that is possible and the exhausted one trudges to work, where he still has a breakthrough - a whole working day!
You should not neglect breakfast and for one more reason, breakfast is the time of day when you can afford excess in food (fatty, carbohydrates), since in the morning in the body there are so high metabolic rates that all products will benefit, and not to the detriment of health. If you dream of enjoying pastries, cake, sweets, butter sandwich, fries, lard, fat sausage and other high-calorie foods, then breakfast is the right moment when you can indulge yourself in nothing!
