How to avoid belching after eating?
Belching is a reflex ejection of gas from the stomach or esophagus. Belching usually occurs after eating.
Belching reasons:

At the time of belching, not only gases can return from the stomach, but also particles of undigested food, acid and bile. This phenomenon is called reflux.
An unpleasant smell at the time of belching is a sign of gastrointestinal disease. It can be triggered by poor enzymatic conditions for the digestion of food, impaired intestinal motility, intestinal congestion, impaired intestinal microflora, the presence of foci of inflammation, erosion, ulcers, and the presence of tumors in the gastrointestinal tract.
How is belching treated? It all depends on the causes of dysphagia. If the belching is caused by the processes of fermentation of food in the stomach and intestines, then they are engaged in the restoration of the microflora involved in the processes of digestion.
