Healing recipes from cabbage.

But like all medicinal plants, cabbage, or more precisely, its juice, has a number of contraindications to use. For this reason, you first need to familiarize yourself with the undesirable and sometimes very harmful effects of eating cabbage and its juice, and only after that you start treating cabbage.

Cabbage in its raw form and in the form of raw juice in the process of digestion stimulates increased gas formation in the intestine in all its parts, which means that it is harmful to food:

  • people suffering from a tendency to flatulence (gas formation);
  • people with colitis;
  • people suffering from dyspeptic disorders with a predominance of diarrhea;
  • people suffering from dysbacteriosis;
  • women during pregnancy;

What is useful in raw cabbage and its raw juice for the treatment of diseases?

Firstly, cabbage is a fiber that is necessary for normal intestinal motility, which means that raw cabbage and its juice are useful in food for people with chronic constipation, with lazy intestines, with intestinal atony, for people in the period after a therapeutic diet, when only ground food was consumed, and the intestines were used to "not bothering" in digesting food. Cabbage treatment is also useful for preventing constipation in a predominantly sedentary lifestyle.

The second recipe for cabbage juice. Thick and juicy leaves of any kind of cabbage are finely chopped (2.2 pounds of chopped leaves). Drinking water (68 ounces) is brought to a boil and chopped cabbage is dipped into it. Transfer to low heat and boil for 15 minutes, pour the broth through a colander. Cabbage broth is cooled for drinking, and boiled chopped leaves are added to salads.

Diet salad made from fresh cabbage.

Chop fresh juicy cabbage finely (any kind), put the chopped leaves in a colander and put them in boiling water for a second, remove the chopped leaves and cool in the air. These scalded cabbage leaves can be added to salads with any composition of ingredients and to traditional vinaigrette. Diet puree from fresh cabbage.

Finely chop thick and juicy cabbage leaves, scald in boiling water for a second, drain off the water, salt to taste and grind in a blender (mixer) until smooth. Diet cold soup from cabbage.

Finely chop thick and juicy cabbage leaves of any kind (kilogram), scald the leaves in boiling water (two liters) for one second (dip in a colander and remove), squeeze the juice from the scalded leaves, mix it with hot water, in which they were scalded leaves.
