Permanent makeup.
This is a way out of a difficult situation when there are some defects on the face that can be corrected without the use of concealing cosmetics , as well as without resorting to cosmetic operations:
- asymmetry of lips, eyelids, eyebrows
- burn defects
- small scars birth defects (cleft lip)
- pigmentation defects
- replenish areas of the eyebrows or scalp
Those who like to look always beautiful will also like this “eternal makeup”, for example:
- after taking a shower
- on vacation while swimming
- after sleeping in the morning
- under working conditions associated with elevated temperatures in the production area, when conventional cosmetics begin to spread or slip from the place of application
- with active sports activities.
People who wear glasses find it difficult to apply cosmetics, so cosmetic tattooing is also convenient for them.
The application of permanent makeup (synonyms: micropigmentation , dermopigmentation, cosmetic tattooing) is carried out using a special needle, when the pigment is injected into the necessary areas of the outer layer of the skin (epidermis). Pigment granules for such makeup should not be less than 6 microns in size, so that there is no risk of dye migration outside the required pigment location. Permanent makeup can be applied in stages or in one step. But when painting over large enough areas, it is recommended to apply the dye in stages so that the client has the opportunity to periodically evaluate the aesthetic effect of the procedure.
You can adjust the color distribution in two ways: by contouring or feathering. With the contouring of pigment, the pattern is clearer, this method is suitable for giving definition to the lips, or eyelids, or eyebrow line. Feathering is used when you only need to give a color shade to the staining site. To do this, when applying the pigment, the skin is slightly stretched, after the tension is released, the colored areas are compressed, thus creating the illusion of a shadow.
As part of permanent make-up, they do:
Lip tattooing in the form of a contour or volumetric;
Permanent make-up of the lower and / or upper eyelids;
Eyebrow tattooing in the form of hairs or shaking (color distribution over the entire width of the eyebrow)
It is impossible to apply permanent makeup without surgery if you need to correct drooping eyelids, bags under the eyes or deep-set eyes.
The main chemical compounds that make up pigments.
- White - barium sulfate, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide
- Brown color - iron oxide
- Black - iron oxide, carbon
- Yellow color - iron oxide, cadmium sulfate
- Red - alizarin, mercury sulfite, cadmium selenide
- Purple color - manganese oxide
- Blue color - cobalt aluminate
- Green color - chromium oxide
The best pigments are made in Germany or Italy.
Depending on whether you want to make a permanent makeup with a natural shade or a pronounced one, the tones of the pigments will be matched.

The procedure for applying permanent makeup is carried out under local anesthesia and lasts up to 2-3 hours. After two weeks, make-up correction is done, that is, color errors are corrected. After the manipulations, microscars remain, which heal for about two weeks. During this period, the skin must be properly looked after (treated with special protective agents, avoiding saunas or baths, swimming pools, open reservoirs). It is undesirable to do permanent make-up just before going to the sea, lake and other places of rest, in order to avoid unsuccessful long healing.
Permanent makeup, unlike a tattoo, does not last forever. Although the dyes are used the same, but due to their shallow penetration into the skin, they gradually fade, especially for tanners. On average, cosmetic tattooing lasts from 2 to 6 years. It depends on the individual characteristics of the skin.
