Using a heating pad.
The most affordable physiotherapy procedures associated with warming up can be done with a heating pad at home. But the heating pad is not as safe as it might seem at first glance. Many complications of the course of the disease can be expected from improper and inappropriate use of a heating pad. For this reason, using a heating pad at home without a doctor's recommendation, you should pay attention to a number of features of its use.
Tissue edema caused by an inflammatory process of unknown origin or a purulent process should not be warmed up with a heating pad.
