On the basis of statistical studies, it was concluded that a woman's lack of sleep is better tolerated than men, but this lack of sleep is still negatively reflected on a woman's health - the nervous and cardiovascular systems suffer, metabolic processes are disturbed, and her appearance deteriorates.
Of course, getting up on an alarm clock on a day off from work is absurd, but going too far with sleep is also pointless. It is better to give yourself some rest during the day than to prolong the night's sleep.
The most rational sleep regimen is the same number of hours of sleep every day, going to bed at the same time and getting up at the same time, naps - if necessary. In this mode, the body will develop a certain rhythm of recovery, and over time the body will automatically adhere to it.
