Problems with the spine have visited any of us more than once: lifted a weight without measuring the strength, bent sharply or turned the body, sat in an uncomfortable position for a long time. These and other cases provoke a pain symptom, which can be one-time, or can take hold for a long time.

Vertical stretching of the spine is acceptable in water, which can compensate for the stretching force.
The correct position during prolonged sleep can solve some of the problems with pain in the spine without additional exercises. A hard mattress and the position "lying on the back" evenly, without bends, relieves the spinal column.
Physical exercises for stretching the intervertebral space should be coordinated with an orthopedic surgeon, taking into account the existing injuries. A chiropractor will help to set the discs in the correct position, eliminate a simple infringement, but he will not restore the cartilaginous tissue, which is prone to destruction - this will be done by special medications - chondroprotectors, which are prescribed by the doctor.
Strengthening the muscle corset is an important component of spinal health, but not during acute periods of illness. Train and strengthen not only the muscles of the back, but also the muscles of the press and chest, which are in a standing position, in the slopes, when lifting weights, they compensate for part of the load on the spine, taking it upon myself. This strengthening of the muscles is achieved not by pulling a barbell or a simulator, but by specially designed loads on certain types of muscles of the back, abs and chest.
For this reason, prescribing physical activity for yourself for pain in the spine is a rash decision that can result in permanent injury and inability to continue treatment.
