As soon as a person has a free minute of time, and he remembers his health, thoughts usually come to mind to clean something: liver, intestines, blood, and the like.
But the human body is such a self-sufficient system that it does not need forced cleaning, the main thing for it is that it is not get clogged with "garbage". The lungs will work in full force if you quit smoking and change the harmful atmosphere of production to sea air or the atmosphere of a coniferous forest, or you can arrange oxygen inhalation right at home.
The blood will cleanse itself if you do not take substances toxic to the body: alcohol, drugs, stay away from harmful emissions, eat moderately and a variety of healthy foods, and not sit on a mono-diet.
The intestine itself will remove the unnecessary, if you do not abuse food waste: dried, dried, airy, crispy, canned, salty sweet foods. Prepare yourself a natural meal without the ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar, sauce, and other ingredients that usually flavor your food. Let your body enjoy foods "from nature": a sprig of dill, a leaf of lettuce, a fresh cucumber, baked potatoes and the like.
You can "cleanse" the body of negativity, for which arrange yourself an aromatic bath, do a light massage of all parts of the body, go for a walk in a well-equipped natural landscape, preferably with a pond nearby. You can go to the zoo, chat with animals and give the nervous system a rest from communicating with "difficult" people.
The main thing in cleansing the body is not drinking infusions and tablets, not carrying out cleansing enemas, not forced fasting, but nutrition and relaxation in favorable environmental conditions.
