Emotional burnout.
Our body is a self-healing system. The main thing is to give him time to turn on the adaptation mechanism and replenish the depleted reserves. When exhausting work, stress at home, poorly equipped life build up irritation, our nervous system goes into an economical mode of work - it saves emotions, and a person becomes for a while, as it were, indifferent to the external stimuli around him. This condition is called burnout.
Emotional burnout imparts some changes in a person's behavior when he becomes inattentive to his work duties, indifferent or selectively showing emotions in relation to others, inadequately responding to minor problems.
In a state of emotional burnout, a person begins to direct energy not to creating well-being, but to his own internal destruction: he is engaged in self-digging, feels dissatisfaction with himself, feels unreasonable anxiety for insignificant reasons, takes a position of indifference to the troubles of others, reduces energy in business and discards ( reduces) part of the responsibilities at work or at home, in some circumstances becomes an immoral person.
In a state of emotional burnout, a person feels his own exhaustion, turns into a "cool" person, which is especially vividly and painfully reflected in the work related to customer service. Other people who are dependent on a person who are emotionally burnt out begin to suffer.
How to get out of the state of emotional burnout? First of all, you need to correctly assess your own condition as pathological. Next, you need to change the atmosphere and the vector of your energy investments. This means that the transition to lighter or more varied work will give the body a respite to recuperate. Changing the environment will add a new stream of emotions and revive interest in the details of the surrounding life. Passion for a new business will restore hopes for a better future life, add optimism and determination in matters that bring material benefits.
