Anxiety - causes and treatment.
In the process of a life full of stress, a person may develop an anxiety state, which keeps him in suspense for a long time, does not allow him to concentrate on current affairs.
Normally, a person can experience anxiety for many reasons, but this anxiety is fleeting, arises under circumstances that have not developed in the most successful way, and passes when objective or subjective scary events recede. Another thing is the experiences associated with events that have not yet occurred, but only anticipated. Such experiences can keep in nervous tension for a long time, because the alleged terrible events may never occur, and the nervous tension will not dissipate, and it will depress the human psyche for many years, causing him an endless feeling of anxiety.
The causes of anxiety are associated with the ability of people to think long-term, which allows you to mentally replay many possible situations and the way out of them. But such forward-looking thinking in a person overloaded with stress, frequent failures in business, overwork, lack of sleep, can transform into an anxious state, which will begin to paint a person with pictures of his future alleged troubles.
Signs of anxiety, or rather its painful form, are usually visible with the naked eye:
- Constant experience for any reason (just in case);
- Fear for any results of activity carried out by both the restless person himself and his relatives;
- Complaints of nervous tremors, increased heart rate, dizziness;
- Constant fatigue caused by continuous nervous tension;
- "Chill in the chest" for the most insignificant reasons;
- Outwardly, the person looks fussy, nervous, worries about future illnesses or the possibility of accidents;
- Bad feelings rarely visit a person, but "live" with him.
Treatment of an anxiety state does not require complex medication, but is based on conversations about the meaninglessness of endless experiences, about the fact that anxiety for any reason will not protect a person or people close to him from trouble, but will create trouble in connection with a nervous illness of the most anxious person.
A person who falls into long-term states of anxiety needs to relax more often (learn the techniques of relaxation and self-hypnosis), find pleasant moments in life and focus on them more than unpleasant ones, organize proper nutrition and distribute work and rest time in this way, so that work does not depress the mood, and rest makes it possible to devote it to his favorite activities that distract from life's hardships. To relieve nervous tension, soothing herbal preparations, light in their action, are suitable . Frequent walks in the fresh air, hiking, travel will allow you to view the world around you not only from the point of view of the threat, but also from the perspective of possible fun adventures.
