Am I stressed?
We rush through life with great speed, giving little account of the inner states that we are experiencing. Too high emotional, intellectual and physical stress imperceptibly pull us into a state of stress. Gradually, the joyful perception of life begins to change into gloomy contemplation. Colors fade, the acuity of sensations decreases, and we imperceptibly find ourselves in a "lair" of stress, which begins to drain us. To get rid of stress, you need to understand that you are already in this state.
How to understand stress spoils life or just character spoiled?
I'm stressed:
- I am annoyed by some people who for some reason began to hang out near me and talk too much;
- I suddenly became more burdened at work than my colleagues;
- The boss treats me biasedly;
- At home everyone clings to me over trifles;
- There are uninteresting programs on TV, I'll see what they write on the net nothing interesting either;
- The book got stupid;
- Friends pester: "Why are you sad all the time?" - what do you care?! Look at yourself!
- I don’t want to do anything I’ll go and roll;
- I want to eat all the time;
- Forgot about my best friend's birthday but yesterday I forgot where I put my wallet;
- Started to be late for important meetings;
- Something time flies too fast I don't have time for anything;
- Everything falls out of hand nothing happens, I will throw everything;
- To leave somewhere so as not to see or hear anyone tired of it!
These or similar thoughts overwhelm a person when he is under prolonged stress. Without noticing it, he changes his attitude to his usual life, which to the stress he was quite happy with and was interesting to him. Such a stressful state can last for a long time, if you do not make efforts to get out of it yourself.
How to start getting out of stress? With the search for something to do, which at least for a while interested, even if not entertained, but absorbed your attention and distracted from heavy thoughts about life. One lesson did not fit, look for another, a third, and so on until you find a hobby for the state of mind. Don't know what to get carried away with? Look for interesting activities among the hobbies of people you know, don't know much, or don't know at all.
