How to bring yourself to a nervous breakdown?
Our nervous system is designed to work in extreme conditions, because in nature there is practically no state of rest, and relaxation is very short-lived, as it can be fatal in terms of survival. But the stresses that the body experiences, surviving in an aggressive environment, are short-lived and rational:
- I got food - I relaxed,
- I got away from the predator - I relaxed,
- I conquered the hunting territory - I relaxed,
- Found a secluded place to rest - relax, etc.
On top of that, unlike the human community, no one in a herd will be tempted by each other, unless it is about winning the status of a leader or winning the favor of a female.
Unfortunately, even in favorable conditions of existence, people tend to find reasons for conflicts, clashes, disputes, bullying and many other ways to bring each other to stress, moreover, the stress of protracted, continuous, sterile, exhausting the nervous system.
Civilization, although it is designed to streamline life, nevertheless has a harmful effect on the state of the individual's nervous system, subjecting it to daily trials: standing in traffic jams, traffic delays, a boor on the road, career failures, money problems, overload at work, disagreements with bosses, unsettled personal life, family conflicts, naughty children, bad ecology, health problems and many other troubles that "shake" the nerves in vain.
The most unpleasant thing is that, in addition to the continuous stress of the environment, a person is able to poison his own life, to make himself nervous.
