Breakfast is a ritual that sets the mood for the whole day, regardless of whether the day is going to be bad or good. While the kettle is boiling and breakfast is being prepared , you need to listen to good dance music with a rhythm that is usually invigorating. If at the same time you make several dance movements, then the body will enter the phase of activity very quickly - adrenaline is released into the blood, energy is supplied to the muscles, which gives a lightning-fast effect of physical exercise (sports exercise), which on ordinary days there is no desire to perform, but on bad days - especially.
