There are people - pessimists and people - optimists, and they evaluate the same circumstance in life differently. Pessimists may look at failure as the collapse of life, while optimists see it as a stage in life that will soon be replaced by more favorable events.

Therefore, in order not to get hung up on your own failures, not to quantify your bad luck, you need to learn to distance yourself from them, not to analyze yourself, not to look for the reasons for failures in yourself, but to turn your attention to these circumstances that are not too comfortable in this period of life, as temporary. inconvenience. After all, you will not spend a lot of time analyzing a knee broken during a fall, but shake yourself off, heal your knee and move on. So it is necessary to act with bad luck of any degree of frequency - as with a temporary, painful event for the nervous system and your own pride, which will be replaced by a successful combination of circumstances, where exactly you will be at your best.
