How to improve your own mood, prevent a bad mood from transforming into depression?

Mood is a changeable thing, because it is influenced by surrounding factors and these factors are not always happy. An important quality of a person is not to let negativity into his little world: to dose sad information, not to watch tragic films, not to remember, using the time of rest, about the bad days of his life and not to consider his life in contrast with someone else's more successful (in your opinion ) life.

To prevent the surrounding atmosphere from depressing the mood, it needs to be slightly tweaked. Create a video library for yourself and watch life-affirming films from time to time (about love and friendship, about the animal world, about pets, about mutual assistance, etc.).

If you are tired of watching movies, do the interior design of your home, update it.
