Hair vaporizer - what is it?
The new hair salon procedure, vaporization, raises many questions. Should I agree to vaporization, is this procedure shown to everyone, without exception?
First of all, you need to know that a hair vaporizer is a steam humidifier that generates steam, reduces its temperature to 40-50 degrees, which allows you to safely process hair and scalp (without burns and dryness).
The essence of vaporization for hair is the same as inhalation for the lungs, which converts the drug into vapor droplets for ease of use. The vaporizer resembles a hood, inside of which there are holes for steam supply.
A medicinal product is applied to the hair, for which it is necessary to create conditions under which it is absorbed into the hair structure and improves its quality. The hair vaporizer creates these conditions.
In a salon, a vaporizer is also used to accelerate the action of chemical reagents when coloring agents, perms or a nutrient mixture are applied to the hair. The vaporizer in this case acts as a temperature catalyst - an accelerator of chemical reactions.
Why is the vaporizer a success as a medical and cosmetic procedure? It's all about the ultrasonic effect of the vaporizer on the steam itself, breaking the steam droplets into microscopic particles and thereby creating a finely dispersed steam, which contributes to the most effective penetration of medicinal or chemical preparations into the hair and / or scalp structure.
In fact, a vaporizer is a mini-sauna for hair and scalp, a procedure that replaces hair in a spa salon.
Hair vaporization may be contraindicated if the scalp is not healthy, that is, there are signs of irritation (redness, itching), as well as in dermatological diseases of the scalp (including weeping eczema, psoriasis, seborrhea, furunculosis, folliculitis).
