How to lose weight without fitness and dieting? To do this, you need to change the usual routine of life:

  • Distribute time in such a way that sleep begins no later than 10 pm (even if your favorite TV shows, movies or night surfing on the Internet are sacrificed). Chronic lack of sleep is a stress factor that the body "seizes" on delicious food.
  • Instead of a diet with limited food intake (and counting calories), choose for yourself such foods (low-calorie) that can replace the usual high-calorie food, for example: replace mayonnaise and sour cream with 1% kefir; choose milk, cottage cheese and cheeses with a low percentage of fat, replace white or gray bread with rye; replace sausage and sausages with chicken roll (better than your own preparation), replace rich jellied pork legs with terrine (based on gelatin) with chicken meat or chicken giblets (you can use turkey meat); soups and borscht based on meat broth should be replaced with vegetable or low-fat fish soups. Such adjustments in nutrition will allow painlessly for the psyche to reduce the total daily calorie content of dishes.
  • How to replace fitness? Fitness is easy to replace with long walks (preferably over rough terrain). Make it a rule to walk to and from work, to shop and to do business on foot, without using any means of transport. For example: 11 kilometers in a hurry step (without stopping) can be covered in an hour and a half (this is about 10 stops on the minibus). On weekends and holidays, dress much warmer than the weather outside requires, take a backpack with camping equipment, fruits and vegetables for a snack, and a good supply of water as a weight. Choose a route with a gentle slope and climb the slope, choosing low-pass places of the road (artificial obstacles), overcoming the slopes of ravines, but do not prefer an easy passable path.
