Suspiciousness.
Doubtfulness is a painful condition in which a person sees in almost everything an obstacle to his own well-being, a danger, a threat to his life and health.
Doubtful people perceive all events in brighter colors, with excessiveness, exaggerating them (exaggerating the meaning). A suspicious person, endowed by nature with a rich imagination, is capable of completing the event that has taken place such details that are not yet discussed, but they already have a right to exist in his head.
On the one hand, suspiciousness is a manifestation of the farsightedness of a person's mind, its ability to think ahead, but on the other hand, suspiciousness is a manifestation of fear, since usually disturbing things are thought, and not joyful prospects.
Suspiciousness makes it difficult to soberly assess the environment, to consider all possible outcomes of the event that happened, offering a person only the worst of the options for such outcomes.
Excessive suspiciousness can drive a person into a depressive state, from which you may not find a way out on your own. Uncontrollable suspiciousness can bring a person to the border of madness, beyond which his behavior will already be characterized as inadequate.
To cope with suspiciousness, it is necessary to learn to outline the boundaries, beyond which, drawn by the imagination, fears should not go. You need to be able to dose your own fears and suspicion, because the constant tension from a presentiment of trouble strains the nervous system, prevents you from concentrating on pressing matters, to fully feel the taste of life and learn to enjoy it despite unfortunate moments.
To dose fears means to be able to consider many of them superficially, without going into details. There is no need to see blood poisoning in every scratch, but it is necessary to take measures to prevent it, and at this, thoughts about the outcome of the injury should be stopped. By stopping yourself in time and protecting yourself from disturbing thoughts, you can gradually overcome suspiciousness.
