Effective life.
Life in the modern world requires high dedication, and leaves less and less time for rest. The question naturally arises: where to get the strength to work in the "non-stop" mode and how can you save time for a break?
Energy-saving technologies are appropriate not only in production, but also in their own way of life. There are several reasons for wasting time inefficiently, which consume energy but do not bring well-being to the business area of life and do not provide peace of mind:
Reflections on what other people have and what you don't. Empty comparisons of your own achievements with the achievements of other people give nothing but bouts of envy and a loss of focus on your own interests. It is better to spend this time on dreams and planning your own life, rethinking your attitude to material values and translating them into the category of desirable, but optional elements of happiness.
Involvement in communication with harmful personalities. Communication with people should be differentiated into business communication and communication in the name of positive. You should not get involved in empty talk or showdown, because it burns the nervous system, wastes vital resources. Unpleasant communication should be either avoided or conducted superficially, without spending a lot of time on it. There are plenty of opportunities to politely walk out of unpleasant society.
Defending your point of view. Such a life position is good for proving a theorem or discovering new laws of nature. If you are not speaking at a symposium on defending your own scientific developments, then keep your point of view to yourself, since strangers are not interested in it (they have their own), and an immeasurably much time and mental energy is spent on defending your own point of view.
Frustration about wasted time, money, and emotional attachments. Neither one nor the other, nor the third can be returned, and a disorder of the nervous system is treated expensively, and can become completely incurable.
Summing up all of the above and removing it from your life, you will gain additional time for work and rest, which means you can make another leap towards your own well-being.
