Where do cardiovascular problems come from?
Born with a healthy heart and normal functioning of the vascular system, we often realize that problems in this area begin to develop in us long before old age. So where do cardiovascular problems come from?
The habit of indulging oneself in anything: neither tasty food, nor in a comfortable environment, gives rise to a number of problems with the heart muscle and blood vessels.
We, participating in the race of life, create comfort for ourselves, which are mostly harmful to our health:
- we rarely go out into the fresh air to walk on foot;
- we go to work and to the store by personal transport, and not even by minibus, which still needs to be reached (the same walking);
- we intercept harmful high-calorie sandwiches or pastries on the run;
- we do not temper the vascular system;
- we go up to the floors by elevator, and not on foot, absolutely not training the work of the heart;
- we practically do not go in for jogging, which also trains the heart muscle;
- we try to sit down or lie down at any opportunity and lead a sedentary lifestyle;
- we are often nervous, forcing the heart to beat faster, and the vessels to constrict in spasm.
Many cardiovascular diseases develop as complications of infectious diseases carried on "legs". Some of the cardiovascular problems are the result of overeating fatty and sugary foods. Poor prevention of cardiovascular diseases leads them to a state where there is no return to health:
- Thickening of the blood and the occurrence of thrombosis,
- Timely not lowered blood pressure and the development of arterial hypertension,
- Failure to comply with the principles of moderate consumption of fats and carbohydrates, and as a result - atherosclerosis.
It turns out that cardiovascular problems are the problems of our indifference to our own body.
