Psychological attitude.

Every day of a person's life is a struggle for the survival of the person himself and his offspring from the point of view of the tasks of nature and the meaning of his existence. But if you go out every time and talk to yourself about this, soon life can turn into something that loads the psyche, requiring constant stress from a person, high results of his activity.

For this reason, the human psyche is endowed with the ability to defend against traumatic factors that emerge in the process of his survival in difficult living conditions. The human psyche is protected with the help of illusions that it knows how to create for itself. In the process of life, a person builds illusions, some of which are destroyed, crashing against life's troubles, and some illusions remain with him for life.

Why does a person need illusions if objectively life is not so good from the point of view of difficulties? Using illusions, a person can independently model his attitude to the surrounding reality, sometimes not very pleasant, but quite suitable for life. Illusions help a person to form such a psychological attitude for life, which allows him to stay in a psychologically comfortable state for many years. Even when some illusions are destroyed, new ones come to replace them, and life continues to flow in the direction that a person needs.

No amount of diet, fitness and medicine will help improve health and life if a person develops a negative psychological attitude towards this life. He will notice only the bad sides of her, regret the impossibility to change anything in life, painfully experience difficulties and, ultimately, acquire a collection of diseases.

Instead of plunging into thoughts about the imperfection of life, you can try to remember the good moments in life, for experiencing which again, you are ready to give a lot. It should always be remembered that unsuccessful events that happened in life pass, as, indeed, any events when life makes its next round. A bad mood transforms into a good one if you focus on your favorite activities. It must be remembered that unfortunate coincidences of life circumstances intersect with successful ones, you just need not to miss this intersection, and if you missed it, wait for a new intersection. In the meantime, you expect to find activities to your liking.
