How to become an energetic person?
All human life is subject to internal physiological processes that regulate its interaction with the environment and maintain its health. Health is usually understood as physical and psychological endurance, as well as adequate reactions of the human body to events occurring in the external environment. Endurance and reaction speed of a person depend on the internal energy produced by the body with the help of various biochemical processes that directly regulate physiological processes, which in turn direct the reactions of the human body in response to external influences.
The human body is able to absorb the initial structural materials from the external environment (food and oxygen) and produce energy that supports the work of skeletal muscles, the work of smooth muscles of internal organs, the work of the nervous system, led by the brain, and therefore sets the vitality of the entire body as a whole. High vitality is usually called energy, and people with a high level of vitality are usually called energetic people.
An energetic person is a person with a high life potential, drawing energy from high-quality food, good oxygen supply to the brain and precise work of the endocrine glands, which are responsible for the speed of muscle movements and the speed of thought processes.
In addition to well-established physiological processes, a person's energy is based on his temperament, which controls human behavior. People of certain types of temperament are usually referred to as non-energetic people, but only because temperament determines how a person will act in this or that case: first he will think about his actions, and then perform them, or he will act first, and then think about the results of actions. Many people have very energetic minds, and most people have physical energy, but both can be called energetic people if their internal energy brings tangible external results.
A lot of endocrine glands are responsible for the surge of energy in the body. In particular, the adrenal glands contribute to the production of adrenaline, which adds emotional and motor activity to a person, shaking the body. The thyroid gland fuels energy and is responsible for the “energy burst” in a calm state. It depends on how these glands work correctly whether the human body will show "aliveness" or be in a "sluggish" state.
In fact, the endocrine system is responsible for the energy of a person, which regulates the flow of energy and adds speed to movements or accompanies a decrease in energy produced, and the slowness that follows it. Hyperactivity of the endocrine glands is always accompanied by high energy costs, which requires increased nutrition and absorption of large volumes of oxygen, and decreased activity of the endocrine glands is accompanied by a decrease in energy production and a decrease in the consumption of consumed resources, the excess of which the human body leaves in the depot in reserve. Often overly active people look thinner, and overly slow people are overweight.
In energetic people, the time period of activity far exceeds the time of rest, in non-energetic people, high loads (physical and psychological) require rest time, which significantly exceeds the time of activity.
If a person feels that his energy is decreasing, that is, the time of his motor and mental activity is reduced, a feeling of fatigue and slowness of movement quickly comes, then you should pay attention to the quality of the endocrine system, and not artificially spur the body by taking energy or biostimulants.
It is possible to become an energetic person only if the internal systems of the body are fully functional, but not with the help of excessive loads that artificially create a psychologically and physically active life.
