What is Wellness?
Wellness or a wellness concept that gained a lot of popularity in America in the 1960s and still remains at the forefront of the interests of many segments of the population, regardless of gender and age. This concept is attractive because it was able to combine the main directions of disease prevention: proper nutrition, reasonable physical activity and psychological recovery.
The main principle of Wellness is considered moderation in everything: in nutrition, in sports, in stress on the nervous system, which can be achieved by a combination of various approaches to healing, alternating stress and relaxation, the even use of all functional systems of the body to achieve one goal - maintaining health and good mood.
Wellness combines diet therapy, fitness, spa treatments, psychological self-control.
It has long been noticed by scientists that the psychological discomfort of a person, his addiction to food (often not very successful), excessive physical and intellectual stress can harm the health of the body as a whole. In order to reconsider your outlook on life and bring the body into a state of stable health, it is necessary to have an action plan, which the Wellness concept offers.
In recent years, the Wellness industry has gained wide scope and offers a person who has decided to invest in their health in many directions:
