Affirmation - how to use it?
Affirmation is an invented phrase that plays the role of self-hypnosis aimed at a positive outlook on life. Affirmations are aimed at raising low self-esteem, at changing the attitude towards the surrounding reality.
How is affirmation used? Affirmation is akin to a slogan that you see before your eyes every day and which sets you up for positive emotions. The affirmation can be written and displayed in a conspicuous place. The affirmation is spoken, thus tuning in the right way. The affirmation is repeated many times in order to consolidate the image generated by it at the subconscious level.
Affirmations need people indecisive, while resolute man is quite complete without affirmtsii.
The affirmation looks like a first-person phrase:
- I'm good (good) myself
- I'm fine with my looks
- I’m lucky in business, etc.
Affirmation is useless for people who do not know how to work on themselves. Affirmations are needed not only for psychologically weak people, but also for strong-willed people in order to strengthen their confidence in themselves, their strengths, in the correctness of their decisions.
An affirmation can act as a sedative if formulated properly and covers a variety of issues. Affirmations do not work if the person himself does not believe in their essence.
